Getting started
How do I place an order?
Order online and choose home pickup or a store drop-off, or simply bring your garments to any of our stores.
How is the final price set?
Dry cleaning is priced per item, wash & fold by weight, and alterations are quoted. We count and check every item when it arrives, then confirm the price. Fabric, condition and the finish you ask for can change it.
Do you take shoes, leather, down and wedding dresses?
Yes. We inspect these first and tell you the price, and anything we can't promise, before we start.
How do I check my order?
Open the link in our message, enter the order number from your receipt on the Order status page, or sign in.
Pickup & delivery
Is pickup and delivery free?
Free on orders of $69 or more, before tax. Under $69, the fee is $12 plus HST for the round trip. Members get 1 free round trip each month.
Where do you pick up?
Across the GTA. Enter your postal code when you book to see whether we cover your address.
When do you pick up?
Monday to Saturday, usually 1:30–4 pm or 5:30–10 pm. Some areas have fewer days and evening windows only. You see the exact windows for your address when you book.
How do I hand over my clothes?
Put them in any bag. We return them in our boxes; hanging garments may be folded to fit.
What if I miss a pickup?
The first missed pickup is free. After that, $9 plus HST is added to your next order. No fee when the miss is on us or the courier.
Membership
What does membership include?
For $9.99 a month plus HST: 2 coupons of $5 each month, 1 free pickup and delivery round trip each month, and 5% back in points on what you pay (everyone else earns 1%).
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Your membership and that month's coupons stay active until the end of the month you paid for.
After cleaning
How long do you keep finished orders?
30 days free after your order is ready. After that, a storage fee of 0.15% of the cleaning charges is added for each day.
